Products must be returned before a refund will be issued. Amazon Herb Company will send new product in place of any defective product.

Exchanges may be made up to one year from the date of purchase for unopened and resaleable products. Shipping fees for exchanges are the same as regular orders. Health Paks must be returned in full; including free products for a full refund to be made. Returned orders that were $500 when processed, with free shipping, will incur a $30 restocking fee at the time of the return.
